10 Days Tour from Marrakech
This 10-day journey offers a complete discovery of Morocco, combining imperial cities, Atlas Mountains, desert landscapes and the Atlantic coast. An itinerary designed to experience the country’s cultural richness, breathtaking scenery and authentic lifestyle.
Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech
Upon arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport, you will be welcomed by our team and transferred to your riad or hotel.
Depending on your arrival time, the rest of the day will be free at leisure. If desired, our driver can offer a short orientation drive through Marrakech to give you a first glimpse of the city.

Day 2: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Aït Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, departure towards Ouarzazate, a former caravan town located at the gateway to the Sahara.
The journey crosses the spectacular High Atlas Mountains, passing through the Berber village of Taddert and over the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass at an altitude of 2,260 meters, offering stunning panoramic views.
A stop is made at the famous Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most impressive fortified villages. The tour continues to Ouarzazate, with a visit to Kasbah Taourirt, former residence of Pasha Glaoui. In the afternoon, enjoy a private visit to Atlas Film Studios, known for international productions such as Gladiator and Asterix & Obelix.

Day 3: Ouarzazate – Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga
After breakfast, the journey continues along the legendary Road of the Thousand Kasbahs, lined with ancient fortified villages.
Stops include Kalaat M’Gouna, known as the Valley of Roses, followed by the scenic Dades Valley. The route then leads to Tinghir and the impressive Todra Gorge, where sheer rock walls rise up to 300 meters high.
The drive continues through Erfoud and Rissani before reaching the desert village of Merzouga.

Day 4: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi – Night in the Desert
This day is dedicated to exploring the Sahara Desert and its surroundings.
You will visit the village and oasis of Merzouga, meet the Gnawa people and discover their music and traditions. The journey continues around the Erg Chebbi dunes, offering exceptional views of the changing colors of the sand throughout the day.
Visits include the abandoned village of Mirdani, old mining areas and Bedouin families living near the dunes. In the late afternoon, you will return to Merzouga where camels await for a trek into the dunes.
The night is spent in a desert camp under the stars, with the option of standard or luxury accommodation.
Day 5: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Ifrane – Fes
Early in the morning, a camel ride brings you back to Merzouga. After breakfast and a shower, departure towards Fes.
The journey passes through the Ziz Valley, with its palm groves and dramatic gorges carved into volcanic rock, then continues via the Tizi Ntalghamt Pass to Midelt. Further north, a stop is made in the cedar forest of Azrou to observe Barbary macaques, before reaching Ifrane, often referred to as the “Swiss city” of Morocco.

Day 6: Guided Tour of Fes
This full day is dedicated to discovering Fes, one of Morocco’s most historic cities and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The guided tour includes visits to the medieval medina, the Attarine and Bou Inania Medersas, the Nejjarine Fountain, the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum and the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque. The afternoon is free to explore the souks and artisan quarters.

Day 7: Fes – Beni Mellal – Marrakech
After breakfast, departure towards Marrakech via the plains of Tadla and Haouz, an important agricultural region of Morocco.
The route offers changing landscapes, from fertile plains to mountain scenery. Arrival in Marrakech in the evening.

Day 8: Guided Tour of Marrakech
After breakfast, a guided tour of Marrakech’s historical landmarks begins. Visits include the Menara Gardens, Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Minaret and the Majorelle Garden.
In the afternoon, discover the lively Jemaa El-Fna Square, the surrounding souks and traditional craft workshops. Return to your riad in the evening.

Day 9: Marrakech – Essaouira
After breakfast, departure towards the Atlantic coast to reach Essaouira, a charming seaside town known for its relaxed atmosphere, historic port and artistic culture.
The city reflects a unique blend of Moorish and Portuguese architecture. Free time to explore the medina, port and beaches.

Day 10: Essaouira – Marrakech Airport
After an early breakfast, transfer back to Marrakech Menara Airport for your departure flight, marking the end of the tour.
